Woodhead’s Law serves start-ups, growing businesses, and entrepreneurs that have or will have a workforce based in multiple countries. The Practice focuses on clients in the Tech & SaaS; Fintech; Healthtech, Pharma & Research; Professional Services; and Manufacturing & Consumer Goods industries, though clients in other industries may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
At this time, the Practice only takes clients with a presence in the United States. Given the international nature of the work, clients do not need to have a presence in or connection to North Carolina or New York, the states where Ms. Woodhead holds law licenses.

What makes you different?

Woodhead's Law has deep expertise in international and comparative labor and employment law — and has worked directly with enforcement officials in dozens of countries. That inside knowledge means clients get a legal strategy that actually holds together across their entire global workforce, not just country-by-country patches.

How can I contact you?
How do you use Artificial Intelligence?
5
Woodhead’s Law uses generative AI tools to assist with legal research, drafting, and other tasks where appropriate and with the client's express written permission (“opt out” option available in terms of engagement). All legal advice and work product is reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed attorney: AI never replaces attorney judgment. The Practice takes care to avoid inputting confidential client information into AI tools without the client's informed consent and appropriate safeguards in place.
The Practice also uses AI to assist with non-legal administrative tasks associated with running a small business, such as drafting internal documents and communications. Client information is not used for these purposes.
